Paid but cannot download?

Return to the editor and sign in with the same ChatGPT account used for the purchase. Open the Finish tab to check your pass. If it is still missing, send your checkout email, purchase date, and receipt reference. Never send your card number or password.

Looking for a saved version?

Use the folder button beside Save. Only versions you saved to your account are available across visits. Downloaded files are usually in your browser’s Downloads folder.

Need a refund?

You can request a full refund within seven days of payment. See the refund policy for details.

What the service includes

The $19 pass includes 30 days of edits and PDF and Word downloads for one person, with up to five versions and three templates. Resume writing and individual career advice are not included. See the purchase terms.
