Your resume and your privacy

Enomicsoft, LLC operates Resume Pass. This notice describes the information used to provide the service. Updated September 25, 2026.

Building and saving a resume

While you edit, unsaved text stays in the open editor. Email sign-in keeps your draft in that editor without leaving the page. Closing or refreshing the page can discard unsaved changes. Do not use a shared computer for sensitive details.

When you save, your resume text and version name are stored on our hosted service with your site-specific account identifier and the time saved. Your verified email account supplies the identifier used to save your resumes and purchases.Your account identifier controls access; other visitors cannot browse your saved resumes. Resume content is not sent to an AI writing service.

Email sign-in and essential cookies

We use your email address to send requested sign-in codes through Resend. Codes expire after five minutes and are stored in hashed form. Resend processes your address, the email, and delivery information; we do not send it your resume content.

Essential cookies keep you signed in for up to 14 days. Signing out invalidates the current session. We store your verified email, account and session identifiers, session expiry, and technical information such as IP address and browser details to secure access. Request limits help prevent misuse. These essential cookies are separate from optional advertising measurement.

For downloads, the service processes your current editor content to generate the PDF or Word file. Saving and downloading are separate actions. We record basic service events such as starting the editor, previewing, checking out, and downloading, without adding resume text to those event records.

Payments and service providers

Stripe handles checkout and payment information, including the email and billing details you provide there. Resume Pass does not receive your full card number. We keep payment references, amount, currency, purchase and expiry times, and refund status to provide access and resolve payment issues. We do not send your resume text to Stripe.

OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, provide hosting and data storage. These providers process information needed to operate the service. Infrastructure may also process connection information such as IP addresses and technical logs.

Optional Google Ads measurement

Advertising measurement is off unless you allow it. When enabled, Google Ads may use advertising cookies and click identifiers to measure visits and purchases. A purchase event includes an order reference, amount, and currency, but not your resume text or email. We may store ad click identifiers and campaign details with the checkout after you consent. Measurement is disabled for test payments.

Your choice and, if allowed, campaign click details are kept for this browser session. You can change your choice using “Data & cookie choices” in the editor footer. Turning it off stops future measurement from this page; it does not undo information already sent or automatically remove existing provider cookies. You can also clear cookies in your browser.

Retention, deletion, and contact

Saved resumes remain until you delete them; they are not automatically deleted when your pass expires. Use the folder button in the editor to delete a saved version. Deleted versions cannot be restored through the app. Payment, service-event, and support records are separate and may remain to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact enomicsoft@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting. Do not include sensitive personal details that are unnecessary for your request.
